Curtis Valencia
Curtis Valencia, owner of Dirty Deeds 2, Inc., is a 5th-generation native of La Plata County. Born in Durango, he graduated from Bayfield High School in 1996 and has been working in the dirt industry since.
Curtis formed Dirty Deeds, Inc. in 2003 and sold the company in 2008 during the economic crash in the area. He went on to manage oilfield construction companies for 9 years in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma, including 2 years as a construction rep for Chevron in West Texas.
Curtis moved back to Durango in August of 2020 and “re-started” his local business as Dirty Deeds 2, Inc. He lives with his wife, Mikie and two kids in Ignacio.
